Bowspire is a small, made-to-order print-on-demand brand. All items are produced after an order is placed. This approach allows us to minimize waste and focus on meaningful, uplifting designs.

• All products are made-to-order through trusted production partners.
• Product images, colors, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen differences and production methods.
• Availability is not guaranteed. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after purchase. If that happens, we will offer a refund or an alternative option.
3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• We accept major payment providers listed at checkout.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping times vary depending on the production partner and destination.
• Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will work with you to resolve it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds (60-Day Lenient Policy)
We believe in fairness and trust. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right.
Our refund/return policy:
• You may request a return or refund for any order within 60 days of delivery, for any reason.

• We will provide instructions for returns when necessary.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved.

• Items do not need to be unused or in perfect condition to qualify.
• In many cases, we may offer a refund without requiring the item to be sent back.
• Our goal is your satisfaction, even at our own cost.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 60 days of receiving the product.
• Please include photos of the issue.
• We will replace or refund the item promptly — no return required.
7. Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase when possible.
• After production begins, cancellations may not be possible, but we will still work with you to find a solution.
8. User Conduct
